In addition to the German tuning house Hartge and Swiss tuning house Sportec at Geneva auto show unveiled a package for improving performance of a BMW M135. Even more, Sportec offers two equipment packages for the 2013 BMW M135.
And thus the Sportec has developed two equipment packages for the BMW 1 Series hatchback, which upgrades the power (using a software optimization) with the standard 320 HP (450 Nm – 332 lb-ft) to 355 HP and 510 Nm (376 lb-ft) of torque.
The second package includes a 200-cell catalyst downpipe and to increase the power to 370 HP (272 kW). This package enables that the 2013 BMW M135 can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (0-100 km / h) in just 4.6 seconds, which is about 3 seconds faster than the standard model. The maximum speed was increased from limited 155 mph (250 km / h) to also limited 171 mph (275 km / h). For this package of equipment is necessary to allocate additional 4.300 euros.
